I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at Midori! I didn't catch everyone’s names, but a huge thank you to everyone—from the reception desk and the guards to the guys who helped with our bags, the restaurant crew, and even our airport transfer driver. ( airport service at 515 am )
The biggest shoutout goes to the front desk staff during our check-in. I was low-key stressed about traveling with my mom’s insulin, but they totally took care of us. Since our room didn't have a freezer, they let us use a cooler with ice and even stored her travel gel packs in their main freezer so they’d be ready for our flight. It was such a relief. If you’re traveling with seniors, Midori really goes above and beyond. Kudos to the whole team!
If you want a quiet zone- just choose the room away from the bar as it is loud and it can be heard in the room.
Also the hotel claims to be luxury, I think they need to upgrade their rooms to meet the standard of a luxury hotel.
Otherwise, the service was superb👍👍👍
