This hotel is somewhere between ok and good. Having stayed at Wyndham hotels this is not quite up to what I would normally expect from their hotels. Our room had a musty smell, but we always travel with air freshener which managed it well. The valet parking service parked our car on Friday night and didn’t tell us they didn’t work on Saturday so we had to have someone from the desk staff take our key and go hunt down our car in the garage. One of the elevators was out all weekend.
On a positive note, the hotel is located very conveniently downtown across from convention center. The hotel bar is nice and even had a good live performer while we were in there. The staff at the desk was very helpful and even though a few things could be improved we felt like we would stay here again if we continue to get a good rate as we did on this occasion.
