"This is such a great hotel. The rooma are small, but that's the only small minus. Everything else is wonderful--the breakfast, staff, location, bars (rooftop and next to the lobby), and dinner at the restaurant. We loved it and will definitely stay here again."

"Comfortable and spacious, with a good bed and nice balcony. Close to public transport for easy access to the city and sightseeing destinations. Welcoming staff and smooth check-in was great. Only issue is the curtains are not proper block-out, so an eye mask is necessary in spring-summer if you need."

"Great hotel. Exceptional staff throughout. Lovely breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great location, close to old town, hop on/off bus, shops and restaurants. Lovely views over the water.Close to station but no noise from trains.
Only minus points were room a lite hot and no real aircon, plus the handheld part of the shower was a little temperamental.

Comfortable rooms with high ceilings giving a roomy feel, shower like a pressure washer, staff that could not be more helpful, and located in the thick of the city, outstanding breakfast. The only downside, which is a really minor niggle, is the fridge in the room was practically pointless, but ice from the bar fixed that problem."
"This was a truly exceptional stay, not too far from the very heart of Stockholm. The hotel is really clean and cozy and the staff are all nice and helpful. They assisted me in an emergency dental situation by giving me the numbers of good nearby clinics and helping to translate incoming messages and emails. "Stayed here for my birthday and we had a great stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. No noise as we were on the the opposite side from the entrance. The staff were great as well. The distance from the train station after the airport was ideal and it was so easy to get around the city from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again."

The one issue is the music in the courtyard restaurant and bar, which gets louder on Friday and Saturday night. The windows block the noise very well, so on weeknights it wasn't an issue. But Friday and Saturday they turned it up further and it interfered with our sleep. It is a pity that a 5 star hotel prioritizes the weekend fun for locals over paying travelers trying to get some sleep while traveling."
