"Our room was kept clean at all times. Towels were changed daily which was great. One thing I would like to recommend is that you place families with children in the same area of the hotel. I got woken up every morning before 07:00 without fail by a young child who was shouting for her parents for at least 20 min before they came to her. That is not fair to adults who are trying to have a vacation which includes sleeping in. This is easy to address and I'd encourage you to take action immediately as I would say this spoiled my vacation to some extent. It's as bad as me banging on their door after 10pm."

"Woke up in the middle of the night to bed bugs all over us. It was disgusting they clearly don’t wash their sheets. There was also a wasp nest inside the bathroom and we had to kill the wasp when we got in there. Told the manager he tried to change the sheets but it was just to disgusting to sleep in that bed again. Unfortunately had to sleep in the car which was very uncomfortable. We were able to get a full refund but refund process takes 7-10 days so we weren’t able to find a new hotel last night. "
