"The condo itself was beautiful with all amentities you could want. The problem is the property management company. You have to go offsite to get the keys, then the gates were not working and when I called twice they told me nothing wrong with gates and we ended up parking outside in Keystone parking lot and having to walk and carry our stuff I saw a handyman and he said gates were not working so they ended up sending someone to just leave gate open all weekend. "The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable that was always coffee and the guest area the only bad thing is they didn't have their chemicals balanced in their pool gave a very strong odor of so the pH wasn't right or something but anyway other than that that was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip"
