“Our room felt a little like we were staying in a Final Destination movie. The ceiling fan was hanging on by just two wires and looked like it could have come flying off the ceiling had we turned it on. There were also sharp, exposed wall anchors less than two feet above the head of the bed, and the deck railing was extremely loose and wobbly. Needless to say, the room could use some serious maintenance and safety updates. These weren’t just cosmetic issues, but genuine safety concerns. On a……

“Enjoyed our stay. Host was exceptional!”

“Communication with host was fine. Condo was clean and adequate for our party of four. Pictures were somewhat deceiving. Small living space with limited and uncomfortable seating. Both beds were uncomfortable. Would not stay here again due to furniture issues.”

“A very comfortable clean place. We enjoyed the many property amenities. Heated pool and hot tubs were a welcome activity after visiting the national park. There is no air conditioning, but having the windows open at night AC is not needed (got down to the mid-50s).”

“Upon arrival on 6/5 at 1130AM we asked for an early arrival. The "slob" at the desk was rude and awful toward us. (Can't believe this nice property would put someone that looked like her, including the food drooling down her face in front of their clients.) Later when we came back to check in at 4PM, the guy, Andy handled our check in and was great. Our rooms were very nice and they granted us a late check out as well. The property is quite nostalgic and a good place to visit. A big……

“Staff at the Inn are phenomenal, room was as pictured and provided everything listed. Great location in proximity to hiking and Winter Park adventuring. The ONLY thing we struggled with was the TV remote working to access for streaming services at the end of our evenings - we could change volume on the same remote but no other buttons worked.”

“Owner was very responsive”

“Everything was PERFECT!!”

“Walls are thin and easy to hear all your neighbors”

“The spiral staircase to the loft (bedroom) was a challenge for anyone older or with any immobility issues like bad knees. We had to leave the light on downstairs to eliminate any danger going downstairs in the darkness of night, need a better nightlight. No air conditioning so better fan system, especially in the sleeping loft. Kept all windows open all night to exchange room heat but the loft heat made sleeping uncomfortable, again fans (ceiling fan) would be so beneficial.”

“Check in was easy and facilities were as described, no issues to speak of. Would recommend”

“Loved it!”

“Good accommodations, nice pool and close to Grand Lake.”
