Cozy Corner in Paso is a newly refurbished 2BR/2BA home with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, comfortable furnishings and charming detailing. This home will serve as your perfect home base for downtown shopping, dining, wine tasting, and more, and is just two blocks from the Paso Robles Event Center (fairgrounds). Walk to everything the Mid-State Fair has to offer, a grocery store just a few short blocks away, and stroll to the park in the heart of downtown. This comfortable home features two queen bedrooms, one bedroom has an en suite bathroom, hall bathroom, side patio with BBQ, carport off-street parking for two stacked cars, and side yard with old growth trees. Brand new fire pit! Come settle in and get cozy! City Permit #STR19-0252. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

The house was bigger than I thought. It was very clean, and the sitting area was very comfortable. It was perfect for two couples. The location was very close to the Pasao Market Walk and the Event Center.

The managers were accommodating from the beginning. We asked for an early check-in and was granted it. Upon arrival, the house was clean, quaint and comfortable. The house was fully stocked (sans the food) with everything needed to cook and BBQ. Bathrooms included toiletries. Loved the proximity to downtown and Spring Street, and close to everything. Coming from LA and the city, loved the quaintness of the neighborhood. Very quiet....Overall great property!

Nice house in a transitional neighborhood. The house was fairly dark and could have used a bit more daylight. There is a basement with a light on that was a bit disconcerting - we should have been told about it. There was a domestic quarrel at the next door neighbor's property which freaked out my spouse. Otherwise, clean cozy and nice.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable! The only issue was: We anticipated more of a fenced yard for pets. Very surprised the outdoor pet space was basically a concrete walkway and small sitting area.

Great location, clean property, walkable to downtown!
Enjoyed our weekend trip with the kids and 2 small dogs ! Perfect cute little bungalow walking distance to downtown. No need to fight for parking.. it was a 10 minute stroll to the center of downtown. The house was very clean and well taken care of and we didn’t have any issues! Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Paso Robles Cozy Corner
This is a small older home in Paso Robles that is within walking distance of the Fairgrounds where we were attending a horse show. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfortable,the kitchen is pretty well equipped with cooking supplies and some basic spices and oils. Off street parking is available in a carport. There is info inside the house about trash pickup and places to see and things to do. The back yard is small but comfy. The front yard looks like it is being redone. Will definitely stay again

Cute house very clean. Kind of dark in living room. Wanted to check in an hour early but was denied although company offered to let us out our food in their fridge for a couple of hours. We didn’t have time. A/C in house is not great. At least not in the significantly hot weather we had. No standing fans and only one ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom. Easy checkin and checkout. You are asked to clean and start laundry!

Recently renovated but unfortunately….Not wonderful in winter rains
The little house was fine. Unfortunately we chose a rainy weekend. The main problem was the rain which was quite heavy at times. The back door to the patio, which was of course, unusable, had an unfinished threshhold(?) and leaked a lot of water into the entry way on the side of the house. We left a note for the cleaners and certainly appreciated the large number of towels and the huge washer/dryer. Walking distance to the main square was great and would love to stay in summer!

Great house/location!
We very much enjoyed our trip. Location is a short walk to the newer Paso Market Walk (coffee, food, and a MUST go-to bakery). Both rooms were great with access to each's own bathrooms, perfect for 2 couples. Large dining room table and miscellaneous storage nooks for all that wine you buy! We will be back!

Cozy house (though a bit dark). Master bed is a twin not queen. But otherwise it stay was nice.

Paso Robles Cozy Corner
We have stayed at this house before and chose to return as it worked out so well last time. This is a small 2 BR 2 BA home with a covered driveway and a small backyard that is close to pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Thank goodness it was close to the fairgrounds as my truck needed service during the horse show we attended and we could walk to the show no problem. Everything works, there is cookware and some basic oil, spices, salt and pepper, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and my daughter and I felt very safe. The beds are comfortable and there is a large table for eating, entertaining or spreading out to work. The driveway was nice as we didn't have to find street parking. Extra towels and sheets are provided and there is a vacuum, which is nice to have available. We would stay again!

Property was as described, fully equipped with all necessities except for Kleenex in the bathrooms. Was a bit dark when you first walked in, but when you opened window coverings it was fine. The bedrooms only had a full sized bed in each, as described, but it would be better with at least a queen. Only other suggestion would be a bottle of wine upon entering.
