"My room's AC was not working, which was known by maintenance and staff, and it was still listed as open and available. I was given a giant, loud industrial blower fan to offset the heat, which did not help. We had to sleep with the windows open at night to cool off, which had NO screen on it, by the way. The sure-loc hardware installed on the door to our room was barely hanging on by the screws. I have yet to hear from a manager about my experience. I've left my contact information twice, waiting to hear back."

"I didn’t stay and ask for a cancellation. The picture and ad on the internet doesn’t match the premises. It was dirty and not maintained. The staff smell of marijuana and said it was another customer. The smell was very strong and lingered during our conversation. "Room was clean. Couch, tables, carpet look like they havent been replaced in 30+ years. Dingy, dirty looking and worn out. Black out curtains looked like a bear attacked them. Had multiple long tears and holes throughout. Electric outlets were very lose from electric box, bath missing a drain plug or any sort. Serious signs of wear and tear on all accessories in the room. More than normal wear and tear."
