Phoenix stay
We loved this place, it really felt like our home even though we were thousands of miles from our actual home. The house was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Jeff has provided everything you could need. It is short 30 minute walk to Downtown (and Chase Field if you are there for the Baseball). There are also a couple of local restaurants nearby. Communication with Jeff was perfect before and during our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend. If we are ever back in Phoenix this would be are go to place.

Fabulous-Modern-Great Location
This property has been fabulously updated with a wonderful kitchen, bathroom, living space and bedroom. Also, a beautiful backyard patio area. Would rent for a long term stay in a heartbeat. We have been taking 6 to 8 trips around the world for about 13 years staying at VRBOs and this one is without a doubt in the top 5% for comfort and style. Kudos to the owner.

Fantastic Property
An absolutely wonderful property for a single or couple. The home is beautifully decorated and sits in the heart of a neat historic area. Very quiet and comfy. Though it was a bit too hot to walk around much, the home is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect, very close to great restaurants and a peaceful neighborhood. House is very clean and has everything you need for a weeks stay. The back patio is worth it alone for either morning coffee or a drink at night.

Perfect place in Phoenix for 1-2
The property is clean and spacious. It's also not far from many great places, whether it's just a great meal or for a bar hopping experience. Also has a great back padio to invite a few friends over to relax for the night. Fully recommend for and single/couple. And Jeff was a great host.

They Thought of Everything
I would highly recommend this rental. The beds and pillows are comfortable, they provide lots of TP, unlike many other rentals! There is a keurig coffee maker with plenty of pods, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower- nice rain shower, assortment of charging cables, ice maker and water filter in the sink!! Beautiful chefs kitchen with new appliances. The decor reminds me of a Kimpton Hotel. Cute sitting areas on front porch and back patio, nice landscaping. Beautiful palm lined street, driveway parking, walking distance to artsy Roosevelt area and easy driving to so many other fun sections of town. Most rentals these days seem to be trying to make things easy for themselves and getting their next renter but I felt like this one cared a lot about our experience. Thanks!

Fantastic property with all the amenities. Stayed here by myself while attending a conference and it felt like a little vacation. Enjoyed exploring The neighborhood restaurants and sights, and it was. 20 walk to th convention center. Property owner was friendly, responsive, and has paid attention to even the smallest detail at his property. Would highly recommend this unit and location.

Excellent rental, especially for Super Bowl weekend
My husband and I stayed here for the 2023 Super Bowl and it was perfect. It’s in a nice part of the city and was walking distance to all the events happening at Hance Park. We also spent meaningful time in Scottsdale, Tempe, and Glendale so this was centrally located to all of those events as well. Property is well managed and we had no issues, which I’m sure was not the case for many of first timers trying to list on VRBO to take advantage of the Super Bowl crowd. Great overall rental. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay!
When I travel, where I stay is very important to me. I like to feel like I’m home away from home if I can. This place did exactly that for me during my trip to Phoenix. The location was very convenient too. Central and close to all the fun things downtown has to offer while also being in a nice neighborhood. Teresa, the tenant next door, was very nice too! Everything was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Will absolutely stay here again!

Great place!
The property was amazing. Great for the price with a nice size kitchen. The owner was super friendly and even got the place ready for us before check in time. Clean and updated, not to mention the perfect size for two people. The neighborhood is super pretty as well. I may end up staying here next September if the property is still being rented out.
