Clean, new house with 4 bedrooms, 2 master suites, spacious TV room and kitchen/dining room. Nice pool, gas grill, hot tub area in back. Safe, quiet suburban neighborhood. The house could not have been better.

We really enjoyed the home. Very clean, great location, outside paradise, well equipped with all needs. Property manager was easy to communicate with. They did notify us the day of our arrival the outside fireplace was not working and would be fixed, but it was not fixed during our stay. The nights were cool and we would have enjoyed it, but everything else was great. Truly extremely clean and well maintained home.

February Stay
Enjoyed the location of Goodyear and some really nice trails right next to the property. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. We just couldn't get the outdoor fireplace to work which would have been nice during the evenings. The management company were very responsive and came out right away to attempt to light the fireplace but couldn't get it working. I would stay here again as it had plenty of room, bathrooms, showers and a well stocked kitchen.

This house is amazing. Large four bedroom with an awesome master bathroom. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. About 1/2 hour to downtown Phoenix. I highly recommend this property

The house was exceptional and response from the property manager was very good. We all loved the interior and back yard, We enjoyed it all, the pool, hot tub, grill and fireplace, The open kitchen and family room were ideal for the six or eight adults that stayed. We especially appreciated the comfortable family room furniture.

I can't say enough good things about the house. There is a great hiking trail that is 1,000 feet away from the house. It was very enjoyable to relax by the pool and hot tub and see the view of the mountains. The pictures don't do justice to this property. The property manager was excellent to work with.

Beautiful home, functional and entertaining
The stay was great. Home was very clean on arrival. Host was very responsive and answered all our questions. Would definitely stay here again. Close to grocery, pharmacy and food, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood/subdivision. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were so nice, the pool is heated in winter and my kids had a blast. House was supplied with all the basics you need.

This is a great property. We stayed for just over a week. It’s a lovely home - clean and comfortable. The hot tub, pool, fireplace, etc. all add to the experience. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and very walkable. Will definitely book when in the area again - highly recommend!

A little slice or paradise
We enjoyed our stay at the property. We brought our 3 adult children for a little warm weather and sunshine. We hiked various trails in and around the area. The pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed to finish the day. The kitchen was complete with everything you would need.

Check in and communication with the host was very easy, never waiting. This property has been kept in excellent condition and surpassed our expectations. Very clean, spacious and not cluttered. The backyard felt private, beautiful view, and can’t beat free pool heat! Great community, Safeway and Starbucks were a short 4 minute drive, maybe shorter from the property. We will definitely be rebooking at this property for our next Phoenix vacation.

We “stayed in” the weekend we were there. We stopped at Fry’s Market & bought fixins for breakfast, linch & dinner. The kitchen has all you need for food prep & grilling. Backyard is a relaxing environment w/ pool & water features, lighting, & conversation areas throughout. Nice home & property!
