"Your response is unacceptable. The Royal Hotel was closed for refurbishment at the time of my booking — a fact that should have been known to Hotels.com before confirming any reservations. "The garden room that I booked was just okay a bit disappointed as here is not even a single bottle of water in the room I have forgotten to make provision for water...the breakfast is a bit disappointed compared to the dinner which is delicious 😋"
