“The location of this apartment is good, however I do not think it was a good value for our money. The listing shows a spacious 4 person apartment with a loft, but we did not have a loft and there would have been space for max 3 people if someone slept on the futon. We encountered several major issues, which were addressed in varying timeliness. This included lack of hot water for showering, broken toilet, running out of toilet paper, and the roof leaking onto my bed when it rained. Also, the……

“This was a nice apartment with a great view of Cusco. The owners (while not english speaking) were very nice and even organised washing for us. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen / lounge area was nice. A couple of things to note about the property. In winter it gets quite cold (there is a oil fin heater provided). The bathroom is very little (which is standard for Cusco) and the shower has a retrofitted heater shower head. These seem to be in all places that don't have a hot water supply,……

"The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff.
The breakfast lady is very nice too.
But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered.
They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes."
