“I made the reservation and the host charge my credit card and never received the instructions to enter the property and never have unit number and expedia told me that if I cancel there’s no refund and i have to call American Express to dispute the transaction”

“The host was friendly and worked with me but the house started flooding the last night and she couldn’t fix it until the next day and wouldn’t compensate me for it but she wanted me to go cut off her water line and dry up all the water with towels . She was hard to get in contact with at times or when I would ask questions they would not be answered in totality I had to keep asking .House was pretty on the inside but the pool does not look like the picture , there was a broken chair outside and……

“I had a great experience at this property! It was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful with all of our needs. The hotel location was very convenient some shopping. Also, the hotel breakfast was really good! Great French toast and omelette. Even the coffee was great! I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.”

“Rollers missing on dishwasher rack not addressed from previous review. Property manager stated all concerns were addressed. When we got there pool and hot tub were low . Hot tub heater not on. We had to fill pool with hose. Tried to call posted phone number and recording stated not accepting calls at this time. Finally contacted Property manager through Vrbo messaging and he said he would send out a team member asap. Pool was filled and hot tub hot. Got up next day and pool low again and hot tub……
