Golden Beach Tours

A beach with the sun setting over the water, rocky terrain, and a distant hill with buildings.
The kids will sleep soundly after having fun in the sun at Golden Beach. Look for little critters like crabs and snails, dip a toe in the water or toss a beach ball around!

To visit this stretch of coastline, find your way to Chania. There are plenty of other worthwhile attractions in the area, including Chania Lighthouse, Agia Marina Beach, and Platanias Beach.

Excellent accommodation, close to Chania if you have a car, and close to the hotel that operates the villas. Very spacious villas, pool, very good views from the balcony. The mini-kitchen and the big fridge were very welcome - enough to cook a quick meal and store whatever you bring from the city and surrounding areas. The cleaning staff are very attentive, and seem to always be in a good mood - adds positively to the atmosphere. You can make use of the hotel services like spa/massage. You may want to bring earplugs with you if you are a sensitive sleeper - the cocks from the nearby farm were loud from ~06:00.
