“Our room which had a private balcony and pool was fantastic! So much so, we never used the main pool, albeit the main pool was very inviting. Breakfast was great, lots of options! Cocktails at the bar were very good. Great location too, close to some very nice beaches (just a short walk) and the 21 bus stop to get into Chania old town literally just outside. Was €2.40 to get the bus to Chania old town and they were every 30 mins, sometimes more often. It’s also possible to walk to Chania Old……

“Enjoyed great Greek hospitality during my stay. Just minutes of walking to the gorgeous Agii Apostoli Beach. The kitchen in the room is great for someone who stays longer and prefers to cook. ”

“The room is big and clean; the worker there is very warm and lovely; the place is near main town and bus station where is very convenient; I will recommend people to stay there for a relaxing vacation.”

“Very central and well located. Staff are veryy nice. Will come here again. The only negative point which didnt get them a 10/10 is the bathroom ventilation. The sound of it even when closing all doors is unbearable. I had to unplug electricity to make it go off. It is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. I advise changing it. Everything else was perfect”

“Great spot! Only one real bad thing, there was an awful sewage smell in the lobby every day. Not sure what is happening but they need to fix that. Breakfast was subpar, lots of options but I couldn’t find something that I really liked. Location was great, lots of restaurants around and not far from the main area.”

“Wonderful staff that help you a lot. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”

“The beach was nice and staff were very good. The room was not worth the $1400 we paid. The outlets for phone did not work. The room phones needed to be fixed twice. No hot water on 2 out of the 3 days for shower. First day we had to run the water for 10 mins before hot water came for shower Having a bedroom upstairs and shower downstairs was so inconvenient. The stairs were not clean. The plunge pool was not warm but cold. I would never stay here or recommend this to anyone. It is not……

“Beautiful place, rooms were really clean. Good quality mattress and pillow. The breakfast is really nice, and differs a bit everyday, we didn’t have to take lunches all week! The view was stunning and the jacuzzi is awesome”

“The suite was sparkling clean and just as charming as the photos. Linens and towels were fresh and crisp, and surprise, even a robe and slippers!!! Amazing location in the heart of Old Town Chania with shops and dining options just outside the door. Take a short stroll to the center of the major shopping district with seemingly unlimited dining options and days and days worth of shopping. Or walk 10 minutes along the coast to a a string of dining options along the sea. The two flight walk……

“The host was incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.”

“The hostel is very clean even the toilets are cleaned often. It would be better of hangers are provided inside eqch toilet cubicle. There is oven to cook which is amazing but if there is microwave oven to heat the food in a short time would be even better. While the street towards the city side has few days of bad urine smell, but was washed.”

“We appreciated the welcome, the food and the location. The room was a bit small but the view made up for it 100%. Black out blinds would be useful since we had the road lights shining through. The location for the price was perfect.”
