“The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. “Los empleados son muy amables y atentos, el desayuno buffet es correcto, hay un poco de todo, sobretodo "harinas" (panes,tostas, bizcochos...) Lo mejor la ubicación, una playa de aguas cristalinas a 10 metros del hotel. Zona tranquila y segura a 15 minutillos andando del centro, no tiene pérdida. La habitación cómoda aunque el baño deja mucho q desear, son platos de ducha pegadas al wc sin separación, pero al final te acabas acostumbrando.”

“The air conditioning in the room made a terrible noise, and it was impossible to sleep. I reported it to the reception, and although someone came to fix it, the same night it became unbearable again. It was impossible to get any rest, and I couldn’t even turn it off myself since it can only be controlled from reception. Very disappointing experience”
