“This house is truly beautiful a great take on old meets new. Very spacious and accommodating for the amount of ppl that came with us. The property manager was very helpful as quick to respond during my visit I’m truly impressed. ”

“House was in a beautiful location right on the bay and a short walk to the ocean. Owners were very nice, communicated well and tried to accommodate. Washer and dryer were broken so we couldn’t do laundry. House was a bit musty and not as clean as we’d hoped. Especially after paying an $850 cleaning fee. We were able to bring our dog which was a plus. The access to a dock was great. Kids were able to fish and crab all week. Pictures on VRBO showed access to a kayak but it wasn’t there for us to……

“It was a great last minute stay for our family. The location and access to boardwalk, beach and pool were ideal. The parking in the back was very tight and there needs more kitchen stuff. We like to do a mix of meals between cooking and going out. It was clean and well organized. ”

“The property and its location was great it was exactly as advertised. The property manager was really good to communicate with and allowed us to check in early meaning no one was there prior to our stay. Only thing that I thought was ridiculous is they have a nice on site parking spot behind the unit but they charge you $20 a day for it meanwhile the city parking lot next to the unit was $10 a day. “We had an incredible stay at this Brigatine Costal Villa house. The house was absolutely amazing—huge, clean, and perfect for our family gathering. Everything felt fresh and new, and the living room and kitchen were super spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed.
