“Location and accommodation was excellent ”

“A great place to stay. Giovanni mettas downstairs and showed us to our room. Plenty of space with a king size bed and balcony. The bathroom was spacious and the shower worked well. There is a pod coffee maker, but no pods or cups. It could also use a hot water kettle. Within walking distance to everything. We were able to park just outside the door. We would definitely stay again, especially if there was items for morning coffee.”

“We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very responsive; they met us at the parking lot and took us to the place after we parked. The property had a town view, is 5 min walk to the LM beach, a hot tub, and breakfast delivered to the room. Highly recommend!”

“La struttura è direttamente sul mare, forse un po’ datata ma situata in una location stupenda, tranquilla per una vacanza all’insegna del relax a 5 minuti di auto da Polignano a Mare. I proprietari sono una giovane coppia molto gentile e competente, la moglie ci ha fornito molte informazioni sui posti da visitare nelle vicinanze. Una menzione alla colazione, davvero abbondante con portate dolci e salate, una vera prelibatezza! Consigliato vivamente, è un luogo dove tornerei.”

“The location is great! Just a short walk from the famous Lama-Monachile beach and one block from the pedestrian area with all the restaurants and shops. It's a lot of fun. In addition, we were welcomed by Georgia who was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect with exception of the shower that while it is fancy and powerful, it could use a door to prevent the water from spilling into the bathroom floor. We really liked our room. It was well appointed and comfortable. We would……

“Staff were amazing and this is a great way to visit Pogliano. The old town is really the only place to visit and so being right in it is great. The breakfast spots around were good and general restaurants were good as well ”
