“We had a beautiful suite with a wonderfully comfortable mattress, and couch. There was a direct and great view of the beach, located in the historic part of the city. the staff was accommodating, and made you feel like family. The included breakfast was acceptable. My one suggestion for improvement would be to have counter space for toiletries and storage space for unpacking your suitcase. Otherwise near perfection.”

“I really wanted to like this property. From the pictures it looked like the perfect little getaway. It was far from that. It was hell for a week. The deluxe suite was nothing further from old, dirty, musty and hot. The AC wasn’t working. The paint in the kitchen was peeling off the walls with mould, the AC was old and not working properly, it just couldn’t cool the rooms. By rooms I mean bedroom entrance and kitchen with two twin bunk beds and was so hot. The bunk beds are definitely not for……

“El hotel hotel en realidad era un departamento tipo Airbus. No había agua caliente y la presión de la ducha era muy muy baja. Te ofrecían ir a bañarte a unas duchas que tenían abajo en el primer piso. Algo inaceptable que uno se bañe fuera de su habitación. La habitación estaba muy sucia, con bichos y hormigas por todos lados. Fui dos noches y al menos pedí el reembolso de una noche pero se negaron. Fue realmente desastrosa la experiencia.”
