"Loved my stay here,room was lovely,very clean,all staff lovely,quick check in,had a meal in the bar area,my waiter Couper was very polite and charming,food was superb. Breakfast,I had the continental choice,not much there for me,maybe introduce rolls/other bread? I had yoghurt/ fruit and toast.Not much for the £10 I paid each morning. Overall,beautiful reception area with the xmas decorations display.Caitlyn offered me a take away coffee,so nice of her. I will be back in January ☺️☺️"

"A lovely little place with beautiful period features in a quiet area of Edinburgh, but only a short walk from Charlotte Square and George Street. The room was warm, cosy and spotless, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options available. The staff were welcome and friendly. Would recommend"
