“My husband and I had a lovely stay at this comfortable covered wagon for a two night stay. We attended a wedding for most of a full day, but what a lovely spot for a weekend getaway. We would love to return sometime where we could take full advantage of everything... missed out on having a fire in the fire pit. Our sleep out amongst nature was very good! The place was clean and comfortable for the 5 of us to spend our time together. It was a ladies weekend and we had eveything we needed at this location so we could relax and not worry about the little things. Only a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed every second of it. “The outdoor experience was fantastic. The cabin is very charming and the sleeping accommodations in the loft are comfortable. A few recommendations: bring a big cooler because the fridge is very small and it takes a long time to get cold. Think about things that don’t require electricity or that can easily cook on the BBQ. The cabin has a small power bank, but it runs out of power very quickly. We tried making espresso using a small electric coffee machine, and it just drained the power bank……

“This stay was as advertised. Our group rented 2 of 3 bunkies on the property and had no issues. We didn’t explore the property very much as we spent our days at nearby beaches. I didn’t clue in that it was a shared, stand alone bathroom/shower central to the 3 bunkies (I thought they were attached and private) but likely I didn’t read thoroughly enough. Host was friendly, responsive, and had more amenities available than expected. If the forecast calls for hot weather, be sure to bring fans!”

“The property was really great for our needs. Located within a 3 minute walk to the Long Point Bird Observatory. Well equipped in every respect. There was a problem with the tv but the host was most helpful in resolving the issue. We would definitely recommend this place.Pierre and Francine”

“We had a fantastic stay at this cottage in Turkey Point. The inside has been beautifully renovated and was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The views of the lake were beautiful, and the location couldn't have been better. Everything was within easy walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the beach, shops, and the surrounding area without needing to drive. The exterior is a little more dated than the inside, but it didn't take away from our experience at all. The host was amazing—friendly,……
