"We so enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. Even though the property is not beach front, it was so easy to get to the beach. There was a convenient paved path to the beach and we had access to a private bathroom (for guests of the condo complex) right near the boardwalk to the beach. "We enjoyed the property very much. The condo was in need f some cleaning. There was a pair of kids underwear in the bathroom drawer in hall bath. In the master bath was a disposable razor left in the shower, mold on ceiling and vent fan did not work."

"Central location that was convenient to all that Fripp had to offer. We rented a golf cart to get around. We ate at the restaurants on the island, loved both Bonito Boathouse and The Beach Club ( thanks Camryn ). Beach access was convenient and not crowded. Enjoyed the live music at The Sandbar. Great first trip to Fripp Island and we will be back!"

"We had a very pleasant stay in your condo. The kitchen is very functional, well equipped and the accommodation was very clean. The view is breathtaking and the birdsong is always pleasant to hear. Since we had a long stay, we really appreciated the storage for clothes and our personnal belongings. For remote work, communication was perfect, I had no problems. Have a nice day ! "The check in process at the resort was terrible. No parking pass at the front gate. Had to go to the guest services to get the pass and then go get back in line at the front gate. The amenities cards were not waiting for us at the unit as promised. Had to go back to guest services to get them. If we had arrived after 9:00 PM as originally planned, we would not have been able to check in the first night because we would not have been allowed to drive on to the island.
