“iWe did not like the property at all. first thing we noticed was the pool, no water and dirty, the place looked run down. almost looked like no one was there and shopping carts in the parking lot. I asked the girl the desk if we could have a room on the first floor she said no, the place was empty i could not understand why. the cushion's on the couch was dirty.I would like a refund the place is that bad”

“Our stay at the Best Western Sea Island was wonderful. The staff was exceptional—every person we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The location is perfect for exploring historic downtown Beaufort. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The separate breakfast building was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to move around without feeling crowded. The food tasted freshly……

“Stayed there during the Beaufort Water Festival and had a challenge with my wife's arrival that was going to cause me a few headaches. I explained my situation to Jeanette who was checking me in and she went above and beyond to instantly solve and was so kind and gracious while doing it. This place defines Southern Charm and Hospitality. Will stay here again for sure!”

“The room smelled musty; properly is dated. Iron did not get warm or hot. Mops/cleaning supplies were out visible for guests to see.”

“The staff were very helpful and accommodating; however, the hotel rooms are in serious need of updating. The furniture is outdated, and the air conditioners leak, leaving the carpets beneath them wet and creating a damp, mildew-like odor throughout the room. The excess moisture and standing water also appear to attract large water bugs, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and overall quality that did not meet expectations.……

“Staff was very pleasant and the room was decently cleaned. I did have a smoking room and it was very strong. A deeper clean for the room is recommended. Also my keys demagnetized which was frustrating but easily fixed. Air conditioner was decent but I do feel it needs to be upgraded as it didn’t cool the room but it made it comfortable.”
