"Hotel Eremo is a former monastery. You are greeted immediately by name by the friendly staff. The property is serene, dining is available outside in a courtyard, at the pool, in your room. There is an amazing breakfast buffet. There is a spa or cooking classes by the chef which need to be reserved in advance. It is necessary to have a car to visit the beach or surrounding towns. "Where do I begin. If you don't speak italian don't come here. Staff is not the friendliest. Was here for a wedding for a week. It's long term living. So what can you say. It's apartment style.
