"The staff was courteous, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. I was a little put off by the $200 hold placed on my credit card and the sign on the sink in the room listing the cost of the individual towels in case I was tempted to steal something; it made me worry about the clientele. However, every other guest I met seemed nice and polite and I suppose that the hold was because I booked through hotels.com and Sonesta did not have my credit card number. "

"The location was perfect and the bar was very appealing. Friendly staffs and very helpful. We did not partake in breakfast or dinner due to the lack of variety on the menu but that is strictly personal. I'm sure the food was outstanding. Again, the bar was amazing. The bartender very knowledgeable and provided wonderful customer service would stay again"
