"Very friendly staff, seamless checkin and checkout experience. Very helpful and attentionate staff also around the pool. The infrastructure is in good condition and everything work well. Bed on the soft side, but still comfortable. TV system on the other hand is very sluggish, and could do with an upgrade (like a chrome cast or sth similar). "

"We had an awesome experience at check in, the guy who helped us is excellent at customer service. He is very nice and friendly and the girl who helped us check out is also great! The room is very spacious but our tv was a bit small for such a big room. We had nice clean sheets but the bath towels were a bit small, almost like hand towels. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and so was the temperature in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Ridgecrest. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and they also offer snacks throughout the day in their lobby area. "
