"It was our first time here at this hotel and it was such an amazing experience from the moment we step in the property the area was clean and everyone was welcoming and nice! The room was beautiful and big, the ocean, pool and ameneties area were clean. We have ZERO complain about this beautiful place!"

"Beautiful resort with nice clean beaches. The rooms were awesome and recently renovated. The staff at the resort was wonderful and were helpful with every request. If I made the trip back to PR this will be my sat of choice. My only complaints were no guest laundry for those staying that weren’t vacation club members, and the lack of variety from the restaurants. A lot of menus were the same regardless of where you went, so we went out of the resort to get meals at local spots which were awesome. The area outside of the resort is very safe and I encourage anyone who stays here to venture out to the nearby parks and towns."

"Besos Zalados We had an amazing stay! The location right on the beach was unbeatable, and having a pool to enjoy as well made it even better. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Christina was a wonderful host—her response time to any questions was incredibly fast, which made everything so easy. She had a toy closet generously stocked for my grandsons.We’re already looking forward to coming back! "
