“We loved the location - close to almost everything around San Juan. Communicating with the owner was easy and she was helpful, prompt and polite with her responses. We did have some issues with the electricity and water but she took care of them quickly.”

“My family and I stayed in the villa for our annual trip to PR, and the villa did not disappoint, the house was spacious, a/c’s in all rooms, and all the conveniences of home. The host provides EVERYTHING you will need from beach chairs and coolers to games for a game night, everything is labeled and all TV’s were easy to use. The mattress in the main suite was a bit too soft for my taste but I still slept like a baby! LOL!My favorite thing to do was sit on the balcony on one of the rockers and……

“We had a great stay at La Villa Primavera. Plenty of space for our family to be together but not feel crowded. There is a well appointed kitchen to prepare meals for a big group. The pool was wonderful, stocked with pool toys and plenty of towels for everyone. The neighborhood is quiet, close to grocery stores and all that Luquillo offers. We would definitely visit again. Thank you Tracye for making everything easy! ”

“The property was amazing & was more than enough room for our group of 20 people. Pools were nice & the location couldn’t have better. While there were a few things broken, the host was very quick to respond and to get someone over to help us. Only downside, is they are very strict on quiet hours and being outside past 10pm while simultaneously advertising for big groups, including bachelor / bachelorette trips. Regardless, we all had an amazing time in PR, staying at this property! ”
