The room is very clean and accommodating as far as some amenities go. The parking was difficult. I had to drive around to find a parking spot and finally found one 10 doors away from my door. Being a single woman traveling alone I was kind of wary about where I parked my car. But otherwise everything else in the facility was fine. I think they did advertise breakfast but I didn't see any

First impression, paint flaking from exterior trim, door scraping hard when opening. Parking area is gravelly, pothole. Inside.....ironing board set up with drywall material on it....the hanger for it and the iron had pulled out of wall, hanging by one screw. No hand towels. No hangers. No bath mat. No body wash in dispenser. Coffee maker disheveled, apparently missing components, unusable. NO housekeeping during four night stay. Hard surface floor seemed to stick to feet. When advised of issues, office person said he'd advise housekeeping, nothing ever happened. A total dump.

The blankets had granules of dirt on them as if someone laid on the bed with work boots on. There were literally cigarette burns in the sheets and the air-conditioning vents had a black substance on them. I'm praying it wasn't black mold or this may be my last review ever. The shower needed a shower. The floors turned my socks black. The last two properties I've reserved through Expedia seem to have given me the least desirable of their rooms. Is this the property management acting out because I did not book with them directly? I write this screed from the third room I've been moved to in yet another hotel I booked with Expedia. The review on this place will be a doozy.

The property was dirty! Trash cans filled and trash all over. Bins of dirty towels/bed sheets at the bottom of the stairs. No soap, shampoo or bodywash in room. TV not working, nor refrigerator. No safety latch on door. Phone nasty!! Staff would not pick up phone. Shady people hanging by office door, I think they lived there. Very unsafe feelings No way to control the air conditioner, all buttons broke

Disgusting place to stay. First room i was in the AC was broken. Bathroom light was a stark yellow and fan dirty. Bathtub was disgusting. Had room changed to 2nd floor. Had to go up and down the stairs 6 times with my luggage as that room key was not working after multiple attempt. Once in that room, wasnt that much better. Not the cleanest, comforter had a cigarette burn hole in it. No plate covers on outlets. Will never stay at a Red Roof again and suggest you do not either. Lots of questionable folk staying there as well.

It was late when we checked in and my with was very tired and sick wife being I just picked her up from the hospital. When we walked in our room, there was a towel on the floor under the sink, dirty foot prints on the floor, pieces of wet tissue scattered around the room on the floor, and a coffee cup in the trash can. Being that my wife immediately crashed into bed, I couldn’t switch rooms so I wiped down the entire floor, put both towels into the trash can, delivered to the front desk, and demanded at 1pm check out time at no extra cost (which they did). Also the sink faucet sprayed water all over the place when you turned it on and there was no shampoo in the shower wall dispenser. The absolute worst most disgusting room I ever checked into.
