Decent for the price.
"Decent hotel for the price. The staff aren’t rude but they arent particularly helpful. Only had 5 pillows for 6 of us in our room. Took two attempts and a visit to reception to eventually get another one. Ring close to volcano bay was excellent."

"Hotel is a bit dated. Older hotel I had a lot of construction around the streets not their fault. Our hotel room was extremely dated. TVs were extremely old but they did work. "Place was spacious, clean and comfortable for my kids and I. Only issue was getting the correct codes for the building gate as it wasn’t noted in the email. Luckily someone was coming out and told us the code (they had the same issue). Overall, I would definitely stay here again."
