Vacation in our cozy cottage style space with convenient ground level entry. New paint, updated floors and restful atmosphere await your holiday getaway. Enjoy the beautiful Rockaway coast line, seaside shops and small town vibe while relaxing on the sunny patio or unwinding indoors on easy street.

*We are NOT able to receive voice messages. please contact us through the VRBO app.

*Easy Street Hideaway is the lower half of a sweet little duplex. Please park on driveway pad in front of garage.

*Please pardon this years landscaping project.

*VRBO will send a welcome message with address and directions three days prior to arrival.

*The lockbox code will generate day of arrival.

*Spectrum is the internet provider and can be intermittent in the area. DVD's are provided, you can access local TV channels or you can stream through your own subscriptions. (No cable available.)

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The space was clean and had an abundance of amenities, including games for the kids, washer/dryer, full kitchen with appliances, and bath items. Absolutely loved this property up on the hill. It was close to town and located in a quiet neighborhood.

Great location

Relax in Quietitude
This is reasonably well equipped two bedroom lower unit of two. The living room is comfy. The kitchen is quite well equipped. The main bedroom mattress is too soft for our taste. It seem as if it had seen somewhat better days. The second bedroom has no closet or other storage. The bath is well equipped. It should be noted the property is across the intersection from the local sewage treatment plant. To be fair, there was no hint of odors or other negative impacts while we were there. The property makes a good base camp for exploring the central coast. We would stay here again.

If you are looking for a clean upkept location to use as a base of operations this is your place! It has ample parking which once you vist this beautiful town in the summer you will realize how important that is! 5 out of 5 will recommend! 😍

Cozy vacation
Property was in good walking distance to shops. Clean cozy place with plenty of kitchen utensils. Had a little hiccup but Dora was quick and friendly with response. Nice place to get away from busy towns or cities.

Check in was delayed but owner was very good with communication. Apartment is basic, but very clean. Walking distance to beach and downtown area. Beds are comfortable.
