“Beautiful home in the woodsThis place was exactly what we were looking for in a getaway. It was right next to the rail trail, which meant every day we could easily go for a long or short walk right when we first went outside. It's right near the beautiful bridge with a view of Rosendale and the river running by it.The house itself is in great condition. The owners leave all the basics there, so there's salt/pepper/oil if you want to cook, soap/shampoo, etc. in every bathroom - so you don't have……

“If you’re planning to stay here, there are two important things to know BEFORE you get there. Firstly, there is a good chance you won’t get reception anywhere near this town. Get your check in instructions with the WiFi info and door code before you drive into town. Secondly, the water here smells rotten eggs. This is true for the sinks and the shower. You don’t feel clean after showering or washing r your hands after using the bathroom. We brought in our own 2 gallon tanks of water from the……

“The house looks unkept and quite dusty. The kitchen sink has a broken piece that looks like the repair job was a cheap one. It makes it look dirty. One of the overhead light in the kitchen kept on flickering so it was quite annoying since we spent a lot of time in the kitchen. One of the side lamp in the front bedroom was also flickering. It was impossible to read in bed. The bathroom upstairs was very dark. The hallway light was missing a couple of bulbs.
