"The hotel is an old building with solid walls, so the rooms were quite quiet. Our visit co-incided with scaffolding entirely covering the outside of the building for remedial work on the walls and roof, but although off-putting there was no noise or dust from the works - just a pair of feet dangling from the scaffolding outside our window on the day of our arrival!
