No beach towels despite askig for them 3 hours, can´t get bottled water pas 7 pm... can´t call guest services to book a venue, you have to go personally, no hair Dryer despite requesting it for two consecutive days.... Not what you´d expect from a $700 / night hotel...... People are nice bur service Really Mediocre”

“We loved our stay in st james. The location is unbeatable, the beaches are great for swimming, we loved our beachfront room. All the staff were nice and friendly. We booked two offsite excursions through the hotel which ran smoothly and we enjoyed a lot. We would love to be back soon.”

“The staff was very friendly upon arrival. We stayed in the water front suite and it was very spacious for the 4 of us.overall the food and drinks were good but they offered more American food than anything we were looking for their traditional food.The Italian restaurant was a 3/10 the noodles were very hard.We loved the beach , the bartenders were nice and helpful.I definitely feel like this is more for older people than younger people very relaxing and quiet but it was beautiful and I enjoyed...
