“Very comfortable, clean, cool flat, good breakfast, helpful staff, close to bus stop, and within walking distance of a large supermarket. Air conditioning was a real plus! My only complaint would be there was no sharp knife to cut bread etc but otherwise really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!”

“Veldig fornøyd med beliggenhet, tar sirka 20min å gå ned til sentrum. Mye fint å se på, stille område og hyggelige naboer. Anbefaler å laste ned uber appen, enkelt og komme seg til sentrum eller andre plasser. Last også ned monapass (busser i Monaco) og Monaco taxi for å komme deg tilbake til hotellet (uber finnes ikke nede i Monaco). Enkelt å kommunisere med hotellet og god beskrivelse på hvordan man henter ut nøkkel osv. 10 av 10 anbefales virkelig.”

“Check in was terrible, we can only check in at 5pm despite the promised check in time was 3pm”

“The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing……

“Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.”

“They mention the reception provide 24-hour service but there is only security staff on duty at night. The security guard can't provide service e.g. request for toilet paper, how to operate laundry machine, etc”
