Our charming two bedroom cottage is walking distance to lovely downtown Paso Robles. A comfortably decorated space makes it easy to relax after a day of exploring all that Paso has to offer. The private front patio is great for a BBQ and reminiscing the memories from the day. The small backyard looks down the slope toward the railway. So many great options to explore. Downtown offers a delicious variety of restaurants, great boutique shopping and many wine tasting rooms. Pappy McGregors is your go to pub, Thomas Hill if you are looking for farm to table and La Cosecha takes you to the flavors of Spain and South America. You are minutes to any of the world-famous wineries that make the region so popular. Tin City is right down the road where you can visit Barrel House Brewery, Tin City Cider Company, Wine Shine and many more wineries and distilleries. One side of a duplex, the unit has two rooms with comfortable queen beds, plenty of seating and a fully stocked kitchen. You will be captivated by our Downtown Charmer! The property was neat and spacious. However, we spotted some bugs and spiders in the living room, bathroom, and the dinning area which was unexpected for the price we paid.

What a fabulous find. Only 5 blocks away from downtown Paso Robles. The accommodations were exceptional. Every care was taken to ensure a comfortable stay. The coffee bar was greatly appreciated. Beds were very comfortable. The whole house was very clean. Very cozy, totally recommend. Looking forward to booking again.

Convenient location
The location was great -walking distance to the square. It was very clean, and having a washer and dryer at the property was an added bonus. The neighborhood appeared a little questionable at first glance. But it was very quiet and we felt completely safe. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location in Paso Robles
I LOVED this place. Within easy walking distance to a ton of fun restaurants and bars. We were there to road bike, and the property was centrally located to some fantastic routes. The property was clean and well stocked with kitchen accoutrements. Careful: the water is very hot. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paso Robles.

To start, the house was clean and cozy and had everything we could've needed. The house is walking distance from downtown, which was great, but upon first driving into the neighborhood, we began to feel a smidge nervous about safety. However, there were no safety issues to report. The only issues were that there was a long line of ants eating a wolf spider one morning, and one night the neighbor's dog barked nonstop for 2 hours straight at around 3 AM, which isn't the property owner's fault, and it was only one of the two nights, but it was rather frustrating while it was happening. Overall, a good stay.

Cute and convenient!
We travelled to SLO County for a friend’s Cal Poly graduation and booked a bit last minute, so we were lucky to find this cute property. Convenient freeway access made it easy to get here and there. Property was very comfortable and absolutely spotless. Enjoyed sitting on the enclosed patio during our down time. Five stars : )

The place was amazing, super clean and comfortable. It is really close to a lot of stores at the same time the area around if really nice, this place was situated in a nice neighborhood. At night it was quiet, no problems to sleep. Would definitely recommend it.

Ok but wouldn’t stay again
This house is surrounded by busy loud neighbors that make me very uncomfortable. After an hour of being there I considered leaving because of sketchy loud yelling neighbors. If that weren’t enough the water heater does not work she needs to buy a new water heater. There’s not enough hot water for two people. And forget trying to do the dishes with hot water. There is no dishwasher so you have to do everything by hand. They didn’t leave enough toilet paper for our stay only one roll. Super stingy landlord and no carpet or rugs on the hardwood floors living room and bedrooms. Stinky dog poop in the backyard. Spend less money on decoratives and more on essential items like a dishwasher and hot water and toilet paper. Living room TV does not work for streaming apps. Loud train in the back and is super loud. So if you’re not listening to the neighbors you're listening to the train. Worked OK for a short trip but wouldn’t stay again

The cottage was quiet, super clean, well appointed and very comfortable. It was located in easy walking distance from restaurants, a wonderful tea shop and the center of town. There was off-street parking for 2 cars.

Quiet but close to the action
The house was clean and cute and comfortable. The only issue was the internet, we were able to log into the wifi, but it wasn't a strong enough signal to stream Netflix. However I spoke to the property manager when we checked out and they told me that it would have been an easy fix had I let them know sooner. But honestly, we didn't care. We had a blast and were able to walk downtown to reach food and entertainment without having to deal with metered parking or crowds. And the keypad door entry gave us freedom from carrying keys or worrying about losing anything. All directions were easy to read and follow too. We would come back and stay in the same place again.

Downtown Dazzler
Very nice house with all of the right amenities. Just a couple minute walk to all of what downtown Paso has to offer: shops, coffee spots, and restaurants. And easy driving to all of the amazing wineries. We appreciated the attention to cleanliness in this time of Covid. I would recommend this property to any group of 4 or less.
