Acadia is less than an hour away so completely do able for a day trip. The town of Bucksport is quite adorable and quaint with a nice water front walk. “Thoughtfully appointed, everything you might need is there, comfortable studio, clean, neat. The only difficulty I had was negotiating the stairs and unlocking/opening the 2 doors while carrying bags. A wider decking at the top step would have been welcomed.”

“This property is a nice, peaceful walk to downtown. The apartment had everything we needed and was in great condition. It was not a problem for us, but be aware you need to be able to walk up spiral stairs to get to the bathroom and bedrooms.”
