"The unit, pool and location is nice. Unfortunately we had multiple issues. Communication with the host on an actual address was not provide, just "XX waterfall" Its the only house on the right side directly after the XX waterfall with steep driveway, but he couldnt communicate this. Upon arrival, the refrigerator did not work. A small temporary was provided which took 4+ hrs to cool. Had to request pool and kitchen towels. Coffee pot, could not get plugged in, host forced with a small wire,...
