"Unfortunately my experience at this hotel was not good, although the staff was very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of the room was bad, I found a cockroach on the floor in the shower, the drain in the shower was clogged up, you could see the dirt on the floor behind the toilet, also my friend had to move the bed looking for an earring and she noticed a lot of debris under the bed. There were issues opening the door with the keycard. "
