Located just minutes from highway 101 in Santa Rosa Ca., this home is perfect for anyone looking to stay in the heart of wine country. Only 45 min to SF, 30 min to the coast or 15 min to Dry Creek Valley where you can taste the best wine in the world.
This home offers great space with a beautiful backyard to BBQ, sit around the fire pit or just relax in the hammock after a long day of exploring Northern California. 2 miles to Downtown Santa rosa!

In-house driver available. Luxury SUV offers seating for up to 6 guests.

Staycation
What a great place for our family to stay while we were having work done on our own home. When we found black mold in our kitchen we didn't know where we would be able to stay with our kids and our dogs. We are extremely greatful that this home was available for us. The property is beautiful and well maintained and was perfect for us while our home was being fixed. We would absolutely recommend staying at this property to anyone who wants a lovely place for their kids and dogs. Thank you!!!

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay
We stayed at the property over Thanksgiving, the neighborhood is mostly quiet and close to downtown. We had our dog with us and it was helpful that front and back yard are fenced in. The house has a cute modern style and is super clean. On the property are two houses, we were confused in the beginning which is the rental, to we found out it is the front house. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the near by of almost everything.

Wine Country House
My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice and the shower had good pressure. There was plenty of room for the two of us. The outdoor space was nice to have as well. It’s a great base of operations for exploring wine country. Santa Rosa has wonderful restaurants as well. We would stay here again. I will say that the neighbors seems less than thrilled to have a vacation rental next door and have some signs up expressing their feelings (nothing that this property owner has any control over) however we didn’t see anyone and no one said anything. Other than seeing the signs it was a non-issue.

Cozy in Santa Rosa
Clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the back yard for relaxing time at the end of the day. Had two couples there and it was a perfect size for all of us.

Amazing stay just be respectful of neighbors!
This is a wonderful, clean, and safe property for 4 people. My wife and our friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it is perfect for what we needed it for- a nice place to throw our stuff down and sleep! The neighbors do make you aware that they are not pleased with a Vrbo being in their neighborhood so if you are planning on staying up late and hanging out outside then you may need to look elsewhere - but as long as you are respectful then this is a great spot!

Great rental
My friend and I stayed her for a dog show. It was a quiet lovely neighborhood, safe for walking in the mornings. Evidently the neighbors are not pleased with the house being a rental as there are signs along the property objecting to hotels vs homes. that said we were quiet and respectful and hope to be able to stay here again.
