MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and they were speaking to each other in Spanish in a very panicked manner; the one at the door was telling the other lady to hurry up. Once I entered, they quickly rushed out of the room. When I realized my money was stolen in the morning of the day we were checking out, I finally made the connection of what had happened that day when they tried to stop me from entering the room, and how they were the only possible suspects of stealing $500 out of my wallet. We submitted a claim with the hotel while we were checking out, and have never heard since. They promised they would investigate the situation and reach out to us. It's been a whole month and we haven't heard anything. DO NOT recommend your friends and family to stay at this location! We will definitely not be coming back.

I enjoyed my stay

Empiezo por el personal, súper atentos, y naturalmente amables, un 10, mención honorífica a Luis de Bell Boys, Levi en restaurante amigos y Alberto en albercas, cada momento buscando no solo complacer sino conectar y recomendar. Las instalaciones increíbles, mucho que hacer con mi hija de 5 años, varias zonas donde estar, te pueden llevar en carrito de golf o en Shuttle para disfrutar de los atardeceres en la propiedad de Ocean Club frente a la playa, el golf y restaurantes en Dunas y alrededor de la laguna. Me dieron upgrade a suite, en realidad un departamento con dos baños, cocina, sala y comedor, dos terrazas, más de lo necesario. El restaurante Amigos, un 10 en desayunos, muy rico. La zona diamante es muy agradable, aislada, pero como llevaba carro rentado pude moverme cuando quise. Lo recomiendo. El único punto que puedo comentar como neutral fue que al principio el concierge insistió un poco en darnos recompensa por escuchar a una persona durante 1 hora 15 min a cambio de un tour en bote, lo cual no acepté porque ya había estado en alguna ocasión en una plática similar y no me gustó la experiencia y la presión. También mencionó que sólo fueron los dos primeros días donde insistió un poco, al no aceptar me dejaron de insistir. Otro punto es que Expedia/Hoteles.com decía desayuno incluido y no me lo iban a acreditar, ya que al parecer en el anuncio lo dice y en el recibo final no, pero me lo validaron e incluyeron así que fue resuelto.
