We are centrally located within the charming town of Saugatuck/Douglas, MI. Our property sits nestled near several beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan and is the perfect summer getaway! Our home is walking distance or a short bike ride to downtown Saugatuck and provides easy access to many great restaurants, wineries, breweries, antiques, and art exhibits. When you arrive at our property, you'll be met with ample parking and the privacy of a single home. Inside, You'll have use of a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 full baths, 3 bedrooms, 2 family rooms and a garage that has been turned into a game room with a pool table and air hockey. In our backyard, feel free to relax and enjoy the perks of a large fenced in backyard, complete with yard games, a fire pit, grill, and a hot tub.
