“The restroom conditions were unacceptable and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or maintenance. Additionally, the water park was significantly overcrowded, which detracted from the overall experience. Given the limited meal options, subpar service, and poor bathroom conditions, the pricing is not justified. Definitely looking for other options for our next trip.”

“The management was non existent. There were 60 people in line waiting to check-in. Many reserved rooms but they weren’t either cleaned or they overbooked and weren’t available. Our friend ended up sleeping on the floor in our room. Our other friend couldn’t get into her room until midnight. The bar was so understaffed. The place was a crap show. Do not recommend! Will never stay again!”

“I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel in San Antonio and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the valet service was very welcoming and attentive. The front desk staff was also great — check-in was smooth and they were very friendly. The room was spotless, very clean, and truly felt luxurious. “For the most part it was an okay stay. The construction outside is pretty rough. The drain in the shower was broke, the sink didn’t drain very well. The hot water seems to run out fast during peak hours. And the first night we were there the toilet wouldn’t flush. ”
