"It is an absolutely breathtaking property - right on beautiful Coronado beach. The facilities were fantastic and even though the hotel is undergoing a major renovation, they have done a nice job to make sure the guest experience is minimally impacted by it. I was disappointed that the wifi did not work in our room at the brand new Shore House building and when I told the staff, they made it seem like it was "user error" even though I showed them how it worked in the lobby but not in my room. "Loved how close to downtown, staff was very helpful with any questions asked. Would definitely recommend coming to this hotel to family and friends. Only downfall was that the pool/hottub closed at 8 pm. Seems a bit early. Also not able to use the outdoor heaters due to a private event, would’ve liked to be able to use as well.😊"
