"Our host was very responsive and helpful, and check in and out was a very straightforward. The house is located in a great spot (close the bluff trail for an easy walk to cliffs to watch the sunsets and hiking) on the north side of Sea Ranch - and a short drive to the Lodge and even closer to Gualala, and only one hour to Mendocino on Highway 1. The house and all the amenities were in working order and we very much enjoyed our stay! "

"Wonderful home in an incredible part of the world. The host was very welcoming, offering helpful information about the area well in advance of our stay. The house was very comfortable for me, my wife, and two teenaged sons. The kitchen has everything one needs. The beds are comfortable. The living space is cozy with great light, especially at sunset. Lovely forest trails are within very short walking distance of the house. And the hot tub is the perfect place to watch the stars while reflecting on a perfect day. "

"great location. lovely yard and hot tub. my elderly dogs had trouble on the slippery wooden stairs, but otherwise very pet friendly. could use more comfortable couches that face the view."
