“Host seemed really nice and location was great for visiting family. Close to the 405 and airport, but with it you do get noise from those and a train, and if visiting during the holidays the neighbors will have parties, but that's normal. We were only there to sleep basically. Things seemed clean, but our white socks got pretty dark on the bottom from the floors so they might need a better clean. The glasses in the cabinet had lots of smears and finger prints, so we had to wash before use. I……

“Loved staying here! The interior was stylish, and the artistic wallpaper gave it a unique touch. The hybrid mattress was super comfortable, and having private parking made everything stress-free. Would definitely book again!”

“Close to Disney and Beach”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at the Modern San Pedro home! The kitchen came well stocked with all the needed pots, pans, utensils, and quality large and small appliances. The adjoining living and dining areas were quite large with comfortable seating and furnishings for all. The master bedroom bath is “high end” with everything and more than expected and all bedrooms were well appointed. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of all rooms and our host, Ashley, went above and beyond……

“Good neighborhood, nice location - 10 min drive to Disneyland, neat and clean. Size and amenities were as described. Furniture and interior seemed slightly dated but were still fully functional and clean. Good communication with property manager.”

“Great vintage home”

“Really felt like our two vehicles were secure in free garage parking with direct access to unit . Garage fit both a Minivan and Bronco. Nine Family members rotated thru the unit and everyone had their own bed. Beds and pillows comfortable with clean white sheets. Kitchen had open concept which made it convenient to stay connected to rest of family. Two grandsons and service dog enjoyed the backyard with grassy area and sandy area. We struggled with connecting to streaming service to watch……

She was quick to respond to any questions I had and very flexible in accepting last mintue bookings. We appreciated her great hospitality and welcoming nature and will defintely be staying again.”
