"Except for hilly terrain (I am 81) and walking everything was perfect. Golf cart rides by staff were great but needed to be supplemented."

"First, let me begin with the staff- I want to give huge thank you’s to Micheal, Lennycia, Missy, Laenique and Cha-Niesha! Each of them were extraordinary in their service. The manager, Khadija went ABOVE AND BEYOND! She was amazing- informative and kind, with a quick smile and a genuine desire to ensure an excellent experience for all of her guests. Let me say again, the team was outstanding! There was only one person who was less than pleasant, Susan. She was not interested in helping, she did not smile and she did not make me feel welcomed. Fortunately, the positive disposition of those around her (the above mentioned team members) helped me to overlook her lack of enthusiasm and professionalism. Nonetheless, I would absolutely consider going back to this property. The amenities are nice, the beach is lovely and the on property restaurant serves good food. The staff at the bar were NOT friendly, but the food was still good- especially the prawns and the ahi tuna and the shrimp tacos. The room (dbl queen with balcony) was nice. My main complaint is that you can hear people in the neighboring rooms like they are in your own room. Also, lots of stairs and very hilly. This is probably true anywhere on the island, though. All in all it was a great stay- mostly due to Khadija and her team! "

"The hill pool was great. The Margaritaville restaurant was the only choice other than coffee shop on property and it was devoid of local options. The menu is great for US but not why I came to St. Thomas. There were some fantastic local food at Cochi beach that was walkable distance."

"We took on the task of attempting to plan the "Ultimate Ladies Trip" for a group of 13. To support our vision, we needed one of the best villas on St. Thomas and we hit a homerun in choosing Casa De Petrus!!! The villa was considered the highlight of our trip. It is gorgeous and looks even better in person. The property has amazing views. It is very spacious!! There is plenty of space for groups to congregate while also providing lovely spaces for individuals to just read or sunbathe. We definitely could have just spent the entire week there and everyone would have still had a wonderful vacation. We made it a point to swim in all of the pools and we tried to use all of the outdoor patios. We used the Sport Court to play pickleball and tic-tac-toe. We also took pictures of the sunrise from the Sport Court too. I can't say enough about how amazing the villa is!!!! You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The place is also equipped with a lot of nice touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. Some of these included ceiling fans in each bedroom, individual air conditioning units in each bedroom, nightstands with chargers, smart tv's in the bedrooms, living rooms and various lounges, & large Bluetooth speaker for dance parties on the patio, etc. They provided plenty of washcloths, towels, and beach towels. They even had beach chairs and coolers for guest use during the stay. I will just say that the villa is exceptional! I am already planning my next trip there."

"We had the best time! The house perfect for our group of 11 which included 7 teenagers! The bay was absolutely perfect. We saw tons of fish, sea turtles, sting rays, sea urchins right at our doc! Justin and his team were available at any second to help with any questions or needs. We are dying to book another stay! A definite must do"
