It's a newer hotel in a development area, you would think it's not in the downtown area thefore you don't have to pay for parking because from Google maps you can see they have a parking lot unlike a hotel in a downtown area where parking is limited you would pay for parking, but to your surprise you do have to pay for parking but on weekends it's free parking, a complimentary provided by the hotel after you sign in with QR code provided at the front desk but make sure you check your credit card account afterwards to see if you actually got charged like me after the staff said it would be free and after calling the hotel to inquire why I got charged they mentioned that it happens sometimes it's a glitch in the system, meaning it happens often and some poor suckers who don't check their credit card statements got charged, they said they will reimburse the charge, but why not fix it that glitch you might ask yourself. Since it's a newer hotel, your room might experience condensation issues with the ac vent pointed towards to the ceiling and if you have your items underneath that ceiling you'll wake up to your items being wet. Also the mini fridge suffers from condensation issues too so also wet floor . Staff did fix those items , by putting a humidifier in the middle of the beds taking up space, probably a new maintenance guy that didn't notice there more outlets to plug that humidifier to not be an inconvenience.

We had a really wonderful stay here. The only issue i had was our bed was terrible the first night I barely slept. When we came downstairs the front desk lady asked my how I slept and I was honest but mentioned the terrible sleep and I understand how not everyone is going to get a bed comfortable to them. She apologized and swiftly helped me she had maintenence change the bed while we were out I slept beautifully after this. She even sought me out the next day to ask if it was good. I really appreciated how personable and accommodating all the staff were. And the hotel is gorgeous.

"The room smelled fairly strongly like old smoke. Which is kind of a big deal to me being its supposed to be smoke free. Had a lot of dust and dirt in the corners and places. Thankfully the beds and bedding and towels and stuff looked clean."
