For a nice looking resort, this was one of the worst I’ve stayed at. Apparently by booking on Hotels.com app, they put you in a different property and not the main resort. The carpet outside the room was moldy and a trip hazard, there were spiders in the room and spider nests along the door frame.
Although this is a non-smoking room, the room smelled like the last person smoked in it. The toilet was stained, the ceiling tiles were stained, and the light fixture was cracked.
And to add to it, the beds didn’t have fitted sheets. They just had a top sheet that laid on top of the bed.

Had an issue with management in regards to our service animal, but once that was solved we had a good stay. The view was beautiful and overall we had a great time with beautiful weather. Breakfast buffet at H.Toads was also great.
