It has light wood floors, a fully furnished granite kitchen, a formal dining area with chandelier, a custom-furnished living room with vaulted ceiling and a gas fireplace. .High speed internet, smart TV, DVD, washer/new electric dryer. The home is handicapped accessible.

A lovely, large partially covered patio with brick pavers, vines and roses, offers a barbecue and dining set for outdoor dining with a comforting water fountain, sunsets, and stunning views of the Red Rocks. Shopping, dining, hiking, and biking are very close . by. A hot tub and swimming pool are available a few steps away in our complex. Please, no smoking, kids, or animals. 30 night minimum. Available for long term rental at reduced rate.
