Lovely and Quiet

The house was really lovely. The owners clearly made sure every possible rental detail was addressed. We felt like the house was ours to enjoy without hovering owners, which we've had before. The views are amazing and it's well situated, being on the outskirts of Sedona to provide serenity, but just a few minutes to shopping and restaurants. We stayed with our adult children and the accommodations were perfect. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Just an email a few days before our arrival with all the info we needed and then the day before check-out. We had no reason to contact the management company, as everything was in good order and all went smoothly. Many thanks for a lovely vacation.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views

We stayed here for hiking in Sedona, a trip to the Grand Canyon and a trip to antelope Canyon. The accommodations are very nice. We especially enjoyed views from the deck and the living room.

Beautiful House

The house was perfect for our stay in Sedona. The views from the porch day and night were quite beautiful. The location enabled us to enjoy all the activities that we planned in Sedona.We had one issue with the filtered water supply which was addressed quickly.I highly recommend!

Ideal spot for privacy and quiet, yet close to everything,the views are primo

This 4BR home worked out ideally for us, as we wanted to be near town yet off the main drive and we were so happy to arrive to this tucked away 2 level lodging, with almost 360° views of the beautiful red rock vistas from almost every window. There's a nice walking path that circles the neighborhood, and an easy drive to all that Sedona has to offer: dining, retail, atv and jeep rentals, hiking bus (for those who don't want to park at the trailheads) and more. Highly recommend for parties of 2 to 8.

Great stay

Came here with friends for a mountain bike trip. Super clean and comfortable space with a large garage to keep our bikes in. Kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the shaded deck with the gas pyre on cool nights. Beds were comfortable as well. There was a small issue with the septic alarm going off when we arrived, but they responded very quickly and effectively, and this was not an issue beyond our first day. Great place to stay!

Luxurious Home

Great home, great spaces inside and outside to enjoy. Wonderful location. The neighborhood was quite private and quiet but just as convenient to trails, restaurants and shops. Only complaint is the house has no filtered water. The water dispenser in the fridge did not work. The dedicated filtered water tap at the kitchen sink did not work.

Beautiful 5 star home

The home was even nicer than described with beautiful red rock views. The deck furniture was comfortable and a great place to relax after a full day of hiking on nearby trails. Perfect location for those who want to be close to SW and NW Sedona trails and away from the traffic and crowds of downtown Sedona.

Long Time Fishing Friends

We visited AZ to fish Oak Creek. 3 long time friends (grand dads now) picked this house as a base camp for our fishing adventure. The house was bigger, and more perfect than the wonderful description and photos show … great care and attention went in to providing our group with a wonderful stay. The beds were perfect, kitchen perfect, living room dining room deck etc… so relaxing so big so perfect. Thank you so much! Great job! Worth EVERY penny.
